Writing to ask if its possible to run a centered Dana 44 with the stock T90 3 speed / Spicer 18 Transfer Case, if I get a custom length driveshaft made?

Or is it necessary to use a rear axle that has the pumpkin on the passengers side like a passenger side offset Dana 27 / 30 / or 44?
