carb kick down

put a holley 2300 on my 345 automatic took off 2245 now kickdown is to short. how do i fix this.

The mount/connection for the kickdown spins for adjustment.
Just spin in out until it meets the mount point and adjust as needed. Make sure you check the operation with everything off in a safe area...

thanks i really don't want to do that if i thread it out for adjustment the rod will be off and i really don't want to bend it.

have you thought about an extention?
if you goto your local hardware store with the end, you cou get a sleve with the same threads and shaft that is straight and use it as an extention.;)

yea my dumb butt figured that out yesturday but thanks i apperciate the help. it is so nice having a carb that works like it is suppose to.
