I'm trying to determine the value of a 1970 Scout that's been stored in my barn for the past several years. The owner is very fond of it but no longer lives in the US and is considering selling it. It's in very nice condition, about a 10 year old restoration including a completely documented rebuild of the 4 cylinder engine. I needed to move it to another barn about 5 years ago. It took a little bit to start and It was loosing antifreeze pretty fast...water pump maybe. It's a nice looking truck inside and out. The frame may show a little surface rust... a result from the seasonal floor moisture in the other barn. Any guidance on determining its value is greatly appreciated.

Superscoutspecialists.com used to have a link to an appraisal service that specialized in light line IH stuff. Might be a good place to start.
