Will Scout II Axles fit under a Scout 80?

I have a '61 Scout 80 with a model 27 front and it currently has a bad 44 rear off of a '64 Scout. I have a parts '72 Scout II which has a 44 rear and a model 30 front and I also have a 44 front off of a '78 Scout II.

Will the Scout II axles fit under the Scout 80 without major modifications?

No. It is a major undertaking compared to a simple bolt-on swap. The spring perch width and spacing are different.

it's fairly simple as long as you have some mechanical skill and a welder, or access to one i would recommend that you find a dana 30 for the fround sence the 80 is so light. they are alot easier to spring over they don't have that funky cast peice that the 44 has. it you are leafing over.
