Wiring Harness

New to the Scout community. I kinda fell into a 71 Scout II and it looks like it needs some new wiring. Anyone with experience in this Please advise.!!! Thank You. Sorry wrong forum.......

I cut the boot the factory harness was routed through then taped it up after I had routed the PNP and the main engine wiring harness through it
