1978 1700 dump truck man. fuel pump

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a mechanical fuel pump for my 1978 Loadstar 1700 dump truck. The old one has carter 0-1932 and 66733C23B marked on it.
The engine is marked 446927C1 and under the exhaust 446 402ci
Napa and Autozone can't cross-reference it. I looked at their books ,and all 200 different pumps, but can't match one to the offset and length.
I am not getting any gas up to the fuel pump from the tank.I checked the pickup tube and hoses.
A pressure gauge shows 5.5 psi, but then bleeds off to 0. I thought there would be a check valve to hold the pressure.
Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated

Also, someone else with a master IH parts book might be able to tell you what other vehicles used that particular model. Does yours have a name, like Carter, on the casting? If so, you might contact that company for information about your model.

Just thought I'd let everyone know I found a mechanical fuel pump.
Seems there is a Miami Valley International truck dealer near me in Cincinnati,Ohio.
Once they knew I have a mv404 gas engine they said there were 17 of them in the Chicago warehouse. The part is #446417C1 and cost $104.18 plus gasket for $4.84

My 330Ci E46 was parked for a few months. I tried to start it and the fuel pump fuse went out. I replaced it and it burnt too. Can this be the fuel pump? If so, how can I replace it or clean it? Anyone know about this problem?
