One too many projects for me, so I have to part with this one. This Scout is well on its way to a beautiful restoration. My loss will be your gain!
Features:
• 345 V8 engine with 4 barrel carburetor.
• Auto transmission
• 4 wheel drive
• Air conditioning that still blows cold!
• Factory center console
• After market gauges & stereo cassette
• Removable hard top
• The engine appears to be rebuilt and runs strong.
• Recently rebuilt carburetor
• New paint on exterior – you won’t believe how thick & beautiful the paint is!
• Flip / fold rear seat
• Custom heavy duty push bar
• Reese trailer hitch + trailer brake / wiring
• Michelin M+S tires with very few miles on nice chrome rims

The exterior restoration work is about 95% complete! Needs roof rack and new locks installed (those parts are included in sale). Interior is 75% removed and ready for restoration. Original trim pieces are included in sale. Work that remains for restoration (in my opinion): replace rear floor with new metal floor panel (included in sale, due to rust at corners), prep and paint interior of tub, add a carpet kit (or Rhino line tub), recover seats, etc. Overall this rare 1980 Scout II is a quality truck that should remain a great investment!
