www.bcb4x4.com sells a kit for a good price.
I'd bet IHOnly sells them as well.
Both types engineered specifically for scouts. I know the BCB kit also has the master cylinder and proportioning valve available. .

That is because that is their new website that is not exactly up and running yet. Here is their current website.
BackCountry Binders (http://www.backcountrybinders.com/brakes.htm)
Now there is also TSM Manufacturing that does a bolt on kit.
TSM Rear Brake (http://www.tsmmfg.com/2550.htm)
Extreme 4x4 (part of the POWERBLOCK TV) showed a little about doing that on a recent set of build up shows. You can work your way through their websites and see the Scout and what they did or are doing to it. They chopped down a Chevy front Dana 44 to put Scout axles in for a spring over. Put Dodge rotors, gm calipers and a bracket from blue torch or something like that on the rear underneath a Scout 80A. Suppose to be putting a 345 with a GM tranny/case in to.
