Help ID'ing truck

Can anyone tell me what year of truck this is? Any idea what engine trans combos were available in it? It is manual trans.

That's a later model loadstar. They started in the late 70s and ran through most of the 80s. Available in gas or diesel. If the number ends in a 50, series, it's a diesel. If it ends in a 00 series, it's a gasser. There were many engine styles and transmissions available. That engine looks like an MV series, the most common of which was the 404, but there were larger displacement versions.
