1980 Scout SD33T Power steering pump

My PS Pump leaks badly, tried to rebuild but reservoir/body is beaten up. This pump is no longer avail used. is there another vehicle that used this pump/part no? I have an old scout pump (a basic old gm pump), but the fittings are different--- one has flare, other has o-ring type. Should I just have a hose made to fit the spare pump to other style fitting?

As far as I recall, the power steering pumps are the same across the board no matter what engine you have. As long as you find hoses that work, you should be able to use any used IH pump.
