Something seems wrong with the thermostat housing it doesnt turn like most Ive seen.
The hose that is on it is too long and collapses when its hot.
Did the original hose have a spring inside and where can I get one??

You've definitely got the wrong housing on that engine. They're supposed to come straight out towards the radiator, and have a 90 degree bend in them that turns towards the passenger side to link up with the radiator. So, wrong housing = wrong hose, too. Besides which, the hose is bad anyway if it expands from heating up.

There are 3 different waternecks that were used on IH engines, and I have all 3 in my garage. My 345 had the 90 degree waterneck originally, and I replaced it with the offset one (pictured) to fit my DUI dizzy in.
I ordered my upper radiator hose from Napa. It will fit your waterneck just fine, it's just a harder hose to find. Look for Napa p/n 7586
